Property (structures) Appraisals
Light Property Appraisal. Includes damage to items such as fences, overhangs, driveways, yards, and can be handled nationwide. Property Appraisal. Includes structural damage to business/home, fire, or storm damage ... these types of inspections can be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We will only accept these types of assignments where we have a fully seasoned appraiser to handle.Field services we offer:

Damage Appraisal
Physical field inspection of the assigned vehicle or property. Includes overall photos of the vehicle/property along with detailed photos of any damage. Detailed computerized estimate of damages is prepared to meet state specific guidelines. As needed, a total loss option form and/or evaluation can be supplied as well as salvage bids. -
Photos Only
Physical field inspection is completed to confirm vehicle or property identity. Photos as requested according to the adjusters’ request and a report to summarize the inspection and any specific requests. -
Task Services
We offer a range of items to assist the adjuster with items such as Cause and Origin Management, physical Scene Investigations, obtaining Police Reports, and Recorded Statements

Diminished Value
We facilitate the completion of a Diminished Value report either using an HEA account or a client’s account if preferred. This can be done as part of a Damage Appraisal assignment or as a stand-alone assignment -
Desk Review
We complete a computerized appraisal of damages to identify accuracy of the estimate and recognize savings. The assignment includes negotiations with the shop/owner as required for an agreement on cost -
Total Loss
We will complete a Total Loss evaluation either using an HEA account or a clients account if preferred with the Total Loss vendor of the clients choosing -
Salvage Bids
We will obtain verified Salvage Bids that are documented with confirmation and contact number supplied by the bidder
