  • Private Passenger Automobile Appraisal

    these includes light truck and other cars driven by the public

  • Antique Vehicle Appraisal

    includes classics and specialty vehicles

  • Specialty Vehicle Appraisal

    including snow mobiles, motorcycles, 4-wheelers, golf carts and similar items

  • Light Property Appraisal

    items such as fences, overhangs, driveways, yard, and similar types of damages can be handled nationwide.

  • Property Appraisal

    structural damage to business/home, fire, or storm damage...these types of inspections can be addressed on a
    case-by-case basis. We will only accept these types of assignments where we have a fully seasoned appraiser to handle.

Field services we offer:

  • Damage Appraisal

    photos and appraisal of visible and known damages sustained to the unit or item involved

  • Photos Only

    confirm vehicle or property identity, photo as requested and short summary report included

  • Task Services

    we offer Cause and Origin Management, Scene Investigations, Police Report procurement, and Recorded Statements.

Additional services:

  • Diminished Value

    as needed, completion of a Diminished Value either using an HEA account or a clients account if preferred. Can be done with a Damage Appraisal or just as a stand-alone assignment

  • Desk Review

    computerized appraisal of damages to include negotiations with the shop/owner as required for an agreement on cost

  • Total Loss

    as needed, completion of a Total Loss evaluation either using an HEA account or a clients account if preferred. Can be done with a Damage Appraisal or just as a stand-alone assignment

  • Salvage Bids

    as required, Bids are obtained and documented with confirmation number if supplied as well as name and phone number of facility supplying the bid
